CURC Steering Committee Three motions made by Karyn Kaplan and approved by the CURC Steering Committee at its 3-17-99 conference call: 1. Motion to rescind earlier vote to attach disclaimer to National Soft Drinks Association sponsorships to attend NRC annual conference and CURC pre-conference workshop. 2. Motion to accept NSDA sponsorship of student attendees to the NRC annual conference and CURC pre-conference workshop without disclaimer for this year. 3. Motion to make the NSDA sponsorship issue a priority item for discussion at our CURC pre-congress workshop in September.
