April 6, 1999 Conference Call Minutes
Present: Rob, Roger, Sheri, Krista, Christine, Karyn, Jack, Kurt, Fritz
Absent: Pete, Mary Jo
[ 1 ] regional
Roger- down to the last workshop- as of 4/2 40 registered attendees-
looking for 75-100 people-
NEastern had about 22 exhibitors- far more than we've had at other
regionals- folks were able to see a lot of the new equipment
and be hands on to
it.
$ wise- NE brought in over $8K from exhibitors
need to set up Post-regional debriefings- Roger is working with
Will on this.
[ 2 ] elections
Christine- her share of the work is done. Fritz's taking the votes.
Krista will fax Fritz a list of CURC members. Fritz - we are getting
votes- not a whole lot of interest . Problem is occurring with people
in West voting for both proposed candidates. Voting ends today 4/6/99.

K2 is working on
logistics & promo blurb for CURC pre-Congress workshop-
concerns with having the workshop off site
revised proposal-
SC meeting Saturday - 10-6

busses/vans to Miami University early Sunday am - campus tour & case
study
discussions return Sunday pm
do we want to be a part of council reception? yes!
w/minority, rural, curc, non-profit
sponsorship? what kind of say do we have on sponsorships?
APPA- mailing labels-request from APPA for Pre-Congress workshop email
listservs? Jack will check this out.
