Accordingly, by submitting this proposal, I understand and agree that NRC reserves the right to make selections from the proposals received that will, in its judgment, most effectively contribute to this objective. I further understand and agree that while the topic submitted here may be placed on the program, I may not be selected to present it. I also understand that if selected to participate in the program, I am responsible for paying all travel-related Congress expenses and the discounted speaker registration fee (for speakers and moderators only), if I attend the Congress for more than the one day on which I will be speaking.
