Serves as primary lead and manager of broad-based communications initiatives captured under NRC’s "Voice of Recycling" strategy, including America Recycles Day, National Recycling Partnership's consumer outreach campaign and all media and public relations events. Manages NRC's operations via all aspects of organizational and financial management structures, including office systems, membership services and financial accounting. Provides oversight and management for all contracted service providers.
Rebecca A. Mebane | Director of Conferences and Meetings

Oversees all aspects of the NRC’s Annual Congress & Exposition including future locations, program development, host committee coordination, sponsorships and exhibitors. Lead NRC staffer on all regional conferences and workshops. Available to provide assistance to recycling organizations on conference planning.
Ed Skernolis | Director of Policy and Programs

Leads and manages a broad-based set of strategic initiatives that include policy development, program management and stakeholder dialogue around development of nationally-focused sustainable materials management policy. Oversees the activities of NRC’s climate change policy initiative, and partnership initiatives with the Beverage Packaging Environmental Council (BPEC) and the National Recycling Partnership (NRP).
Alec Cooley| Collegiate Programs Manager

Serves as the Collegiate Programs Manager. In addition to coordinating the RecycleMania competition, he oversees special projects and the student scholarship that pays for college students to attend the annual Congress. Also acts as the staff liaison to College and University Recycling Council (CURC).
Perrin Lieberman | Communications Coordinator

Supports all aspects of NRC’s communications, including the organization's newletter Mobius, NRC’s website, consumer outreach, public and media relations. Works directly with America Recycles Day, NRC’s Rebranding initiative, and serves as the staff lead on Nike’s Reuse-A-Shoe program.
Andrew Hoverman | Membership Coordinator

Focuses on membership issues including correspondence, recruitment, research, and serving as primary point of contact with state affiliates.
Stacey Milchman | Office Coordinator

Supports all staff needs within NRC, including the Accountant and the Executive Director. Manages all daily operations of the front desk; serves as the initial contact with the public; respond to inquiries and requests; schedules and coordinates meetings and events; and manages other office communications. Also, focuses on updating and redesigning creative presentations and various materials for the Congress and the website.
